Whats a userpage?
A userpage is your private little place on newgrounds where you are the admin.
Anyone can see it and you can get banned or deleted for posting anything illegal, but you can speak your mind or make random bubble statements out of no-where but as long as you make amusing or helpful post you'll quickly dig a little hole of popularity in Newgrounds.

How do I comment?
Depends what you mean. To userpage comment find the post you want and click 'Leave a comment!', remember to be helpful. Author Comments only works if you submitted a PASSED flash, people leave reviews and you can reply and tell them what you think.

What's a level?
A level is a number (between 1 through 60) along with an icon of a fist, glove, or weapon for a user based on that user's experience. Levels serve mostly to increase the voting power in the Flash Portal and to indicate amount of experience, and for stat-whoring (Bannable).

How do I B+P?
Vote on any submission in the Portal with a purple background, If you vote 2-5 and the purple background is removed, you get a Protection point (b+P), if you vote 0-1 and it gets removed from the list, you get a Blam point (B+p). As you get more points you earn a new B/P Rank
Also, It's called B/P, rather than B+P, Some users are very picky about that and will flame you if you get it wrong.

How do I post?
To post you go in to a forum and click the orange button that says 'New Topic', But that's only if you want to make another thread, If you want to reply then go into a topic, read the first post and hit 'Reply to post', then go back to the first page and read the whole topic, If you see a post and want to intervine to say or correct something then hit the button that says 'Reply with quote' beside the post you want to speak in.

What's spam?
BBS Spam: This is a touchy subject based on each mod but anything that has been done several times (Photoshop Angry Faic topic, Grab Her Cock, Do a Barrel Roll) or something that is random such as CHEESE! *snap* or something to that extent, you'd need to do a little research on each mod to find out what is bannable.

Portal Spam: Anything that didn't take long is pretty much the basis of it. There are more details, but as long ass it took you a week or so to do, and it has meaning, It will pass.

How do I get flash player?

How do people do these animations?
Using Flash MX, Flash 8, or Flash CS3, it's really complicated so get a trial, watch some tutorials and make something good, If you are learning fast you can buy the full version but that's at $699.

What's a mod?
Anyone with a golden aura. They are the people who ban you for doing things you shouldn't.
People with a custom icon rather than a level are the staff, they control the site. TomFulp, WadeFulp, Stamper and JohnnyUtah are the Admins, they control the site to the fullest degree, they can shut down the BBS if they wanted.

How do I get un-banned?
Wait until your ban expires, in the meantime read the rules and learn what you did wrong.

I wanna be an admin, How do I sign up to be one?
You can't, Admins are chosen by other Staff when an opportunity is availible.

I've always wondered where the icon to that 'If you can't see the flash, click pop-up' image was so I looked and I found it. It's a brilliant flash too so it replaced Apple Vs Microsoft and IndestructoTank Anniversary Edition has replaced Indestru2Tank.
