Once you get it you should stop using it.
Getting a garbage whistle from not using it only happens when you NEVER use it, use it CORRECTLY at least five times and you'll stay as normal.

You don't have to use it if you've got diety.

If you want to stop getting garbage ONLY flag stuff that is abusive towards the author. Stuff like "You Suck" and "fuck you" or "blam this shit."

If you do that, your whistle will ONLY go up and NEVER go down.

Oh, and NEVER flag anyone's review that has the orange aura. They all get cleared.

You can mark them if they are abusive and as long as they are abusive you won't lose any points, nor gain any, when the marks are flagged.
